I was using a payroll service that was charging me a fortune. I want to make sure regarding my taxes that it is ok to just write myself a monthly check from my business account. And then at the end of the year pay the irs what I owe. I own a small home based business and my wife and I are the only employees. This would be a question I would ask my CPA but for some reason mine never returns my calls and is rarely available for questions. I am incorporated and I use a virtual office for my business.
