your own trial? i was taken in custody asked to work with police for leniency i agreed. then i decided i didnt want to help a few days later due to certain circumstances. I told him to just arrest me cause i couldnt help, the officer said he wasnt going to issue a warrant or arrest me for being cooperative he would just issue a subpoena for me to show up to court for my hearing. can he do that? whats up with that?
