I filed a garnishment against someone, they have filed for installment payments of only $50.00 a month. At this rate it would take over 9 years to pay it off, how long will the court let installment payments last?
I am going to object since this person makes over 50K a year and their expenses cannot be that much. This is in Michigan if it makes any difference.
