installing vista from a flash drive?

bios is set to boot from usb flash, vista is on iso format....wont read(boot) from flash....help! i dont have any disks.
 
I've installed Vista from a keydrive, but what I had on the keydrive was a straight copy of the Vista installation disk (which refused to work). Did you know iso files have to be burned to a disk before they can be used? There's not a lot you can do with a raw iso file
