installing car stereo if there are no speaker slots?

i have a 1992 bmw convertable and the speakers are built into the back of the car but they arent like a circle there rectangle shaped and have a plastic grill built in to cover them. and the front ones arent on the door there by were you put your feet what should i do
 
the kick panel speakers might be the best sound but i think they are only 4" possible contact a car audio shop and see what they can dofor the front, there is usually a way.
