I am installing a window air conditioner unit in my home which is a mobile home. The support seems to rely upon the side of the house outside the window "Sticking out" a few inches so the support has something to rest on. However, in my home, the wall outside the window goes straight down and the wall is flush with the window. So there is no place for the support to set. Is there any way to set up this window unit? I thought I might screw a piece of plywood to the sill but I'm afraid my AC will fall out of the window. Any advice is VERY appreciated!
