installing a new after market stereo in my 2000 SAAB 9-3?

[Im not Impressed]

i have a boss stereo that i want to install in my saab, but i dont have the converting cables that will allow me to plug the new stereo into the cars standard wiring. im trying to find an adapter so that i can do so.
