I've just had my new T3 and installed the software that came with it. I also installed the conduit update for Outlook 2003 synchronization and the enhanced security with encryption as advised in the leaflet in the box.
I can use the T3 and all seems to be OK. I have the icons on my desktop palm desktop and palm quick install.
When I open palm desktop after doing a successful hotsynch, there is nothing in the contacts etc for me to see or work on, however I have put a lot of information onto the T3 and it is definitely there.
I do not use Microsfot Outlook.
What am I doing wrong? Please help, this is rather frustrating.
