Well im trying to install filter in photoshop and i followed what everyone says, to put the file under c
rogram Files/Adobe/Photoshp CS4/ Plugins. I update the additional locations for the plug in and i restart photoshop but for some reason it doesn't appear. It happens with all of the ones i try to install
