Good morning everyone. I'm trying to find insperation everyday to keep myself strong. I heard this Mariah song today and wanted to share its message. We can all use alittle strength.

I love that song. I played it for my meditation when I was in rehab two years ago. Every day, one person would have to share with their group, something that helped describe themselves and their addiction/recovery, a song that meant something to them, a poem etc. Every part of that song reminded me of my journey so far.
