Inspector Clouseau looks for Charles Litton in The U.S.A., Iraq?

Inspector Clouseau arrives in an Air Port in the U.S. and presents his badge says he is Jaques Clouseau Of The Surete and that there is a Beum aboard a plane with a valuable jewel called The Pink Panther. ''Beum they say oh you mean a Bum'' ''Yes that is what I having been saying'' says Clouseau. Clouseau then informs them he had suspected the beum of using Smart Beumbs as camoflauge to smuggle the jewel out of Iraq to The States and that a ring of such were working at Universities disguised as Smart Beumbs with PHD'S were working for Charles Litton.
