Inspection stickers

Just purchased a 2008 848. Living in Virginia, I am required to run a Va. state inspection sticker as well as a Va. county sticker. Does anyone have any advise as where do I put these stupid things? Don't want to ruin the looks of my bike my slapping stickers all over it.

there would be my suggestion but I understand it isn't possible.

why not use the same trick than those military folks use to display their base stickers? It is visible when needed, but also comes off easily when you don't care to have them on.

hope this helps a bit

They dont bother me .. I still have my silvery factory stickers on the frame..

Never even got the thought of taking them off..and I still like the looks of my bike .

I am in Virginia too and I have this plate that I can bolt on to the subframe. When I get home I will take a picture of it just to give you an idea.

I'm in VA. My inspection sticker is high on the left fork. It's under the fairing where you won't see it unless you're looking for it. Since the dealer did the inspection (and placed the sticker) I assume it's okay where it is.

After reading this post I think you should call South Sea's Cycle in Hawaii and ask them where they have there inspection sticker brackets made.

This bracket came with mine when i bought it. I have attached a few pics to give you an idea. But, basically it is a thin peice of Aluminum that uses the license plate bolts to mount behind the licence plate. I drew a simple sketch of KINDA what it looks like. Check it..
