insomnia...expected to last from dropping Tramadol

iv dropped Tramadol and wanted to know how long the insomnia can last.? I'm super tired but just cant sleep...can anyone give me an idea? I must say I went from 20 pills a day to zero! I know i shouldn't do that but its day 3. I can't hardly walk. I'm not going to work, just sitting in one spot. I'm in deep trouble... Thinking about getting more tramadol or going to a detox clinic...
 
Yes, you are in the worst part of withdrawal right now but it is day three so if you hang in there you can make it. It depenRAB on how much you can take really. I don't think you will have a seizure at this point but you may be nauseated and feel as if you are going to regurgitate. Expect to feel queasy and not yourself for at least a week. The symptoms will subside some but continue for maybe another week or two. After that if you have a symptom you may not recognize it as such.
