EXACT same birthday, same day, month and year. It's not THAT easy
 
they were born on the same day of the year but not the same year
so one is older than the other
 
They are Siamese twins...?

EDIT: oh, whoops, i just realized that would mean they were twins...wow i'm stupid...
 
umm they were born at the same time and all its just the are lik not twins . not even identical twins just two random children in the womb
