Reminder of procedures...Jan 7 2008 L5-S1 Microdiskectomy Jan 9 2008 Trochanteric bursitis surgery with 8 inch incision on left upper outer thigh. I just need a little check in on where I should be post op pain wise and activity wise. I walked 1.5 miles yesterday and continue with PT. I still feel very stiff in my hip, have more actual lower back pain than before the surgery, and have increased pain and some nurabness after doing my walks and excercises but want to push through that and get strong. I am walking only like 19/20 min. miles so I am going slow. Just need to check in with anyone who remerabers or is in week 8 and how they feel. Thank you for your support. B
