Inserting photos into OUTLOOK messages?

Whenever I add a picture or clip art into an OUTLOOK message, it's some random size, either smaller or normal than original. So I grab a corner and resize it. I'd prefer the pictures add in the original size by default.

How can I do that...or how can I reset them to original size?
