Inserting a Dielectric physics question, please help?

If someone could just help me get started it would really help, I don't want the answer just some help please :) i'm just not sure where to start so i'm really lost. Here's the question:

Two identical capacitors and of capacitance 7.90 F are connected in series across a FIXED total potential of 580 V. A dielectric slab of dielectric constant 3.15 can fill and is slowly inserted into that capacitor.

What is the change in charge, , on when the dielectric is added to ?
Recall that for capacitors in series, the charge on each capacitor is the same. The charge on each capacitor is also the same as the charge associated with the equivelant capacitance.

What is the change in charge, , on when the dielectric is added to ?

There's also this one, i really just need a starting point.

Two capacitors = 2.60 F and = 15.2 F are connected in series across a 10.0-Volt battery. They are carefully disconnected so that they are not discharged and are reconnected to each other with positive plate to positive plate and negative plate to negative plate.

Find the potential difference across each capacitor after they are connected.

Find the final energy stored in the capacitors.

Thank you so much
