i'm a male in my 30's, relatively muscular build that wants to burn off extra body fat. Besides incorporating a calorie deficit diet, what type of cardio would give me results quicker? I have been doing 45 mins of bike, treadmill, and eliptical on different days every day to every other day, and am not pleased with results. I have the p90x, but it doesn't stress enough cardio.
So, will the Insanity because of it's high intensity give me more results compared to a steady pace of stationary bike, elipitcal, or treadmill? I have a chance to purchase a used set for $50.
