I bought an INQ Chat 3G phone in Ottawa , a little while ago, . I'm in Manitoba for Christmas, and the little town i'm in wasn't providing service for my phone. So i went into the local MTS store, and they told me it was because my phone was HSPA. I wasn't told this when i got the phone? and i don't even know what hspa is. They said the town hadn't got hspa yet, but they were soon. I can't use my phone at all unless i go to winnipeg. Is there anyway i could go to my phone carrier and get them to change it from hspa? or is there anyway for them to provide me with service in the little town i'm in ?
