I'm looking for answers from people in law enforcement. A friend of mine has over $1000 of unpaid fines from a DUI two years ago as well as two unpaid tickets from a year ago (driving while suspended, expired insurance) and was looking to find out what kind of trouble he is in for. He plans on just going into the courthouse and seeing the judge, then going from there. I told him he should call a lawyer first and go that route because he's probably looking at jail time.
What is he possibly in for when he goes in?
