I am competing in next years National History Day competition, and the theme is 'Innovations in History: Impact and Change'. I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for what I should do my project (I'm doing a website) on. I don't want to do one that everyone is going to do like the internet and phones, and I would also like to do one that has at least a bit of controversy. I was thinking of doing guns, but my parents say I shouldn't for some reason...So does anyone have any ideas?
Any type of invention is allowed - I posted the same question (deleted it) and got an answer that said I couldn't do guns because it would get me suspended - Any type of topic is allowed
