Inner Tie Rod End for 2003 chrysler sebring remove?

I need help removing my Inner Tie Rod End I rent one tool at o'reilly auto parts and that did not work? was not the right size any ideas?
Please note this is Inner Tie Rod End and there is not flat spot on the Inner Tie Rod End to use a Tool do that snap in?
 
There are basically two different types of tools used to separate tie rods. One is a gear puller, small sized, the other is a tie rod separator which looks like a tuning fork with wedged forks. The gear puller is the better way to do it because using the separator usually will damage the grease boot of the tie rod end when you hammer it. If you are replacing the end, the separator will work fine but you really need to hit it very hard in order to get the tie rod to let go. The problems with using a gear puller it getting enough surface to make it grab as well as clearance to use it in the first place.
