Inner Rim Eyeliner Brands?

i read that applying eyeliner to your eyelid's inner rim is unhealthy, but i always wanted to. but now ive learned that even makeup artists do this sometimes, and that there are some eyeliners that are made for it. are there any brands that make one especially for this purpose? as in that i could buy at a normal store, not just expensive online. thanks
