My girlfriend has given me hickeys and a few days later when they are gone i notice I have blackheads...or what i assumed were blackheads under my skin where the hickey was. I tried to squeeze them but they don't "come out" like normal blackheads. I squeezed a few of them but what came out was kinda like black ink. Im very curious as to what these inky dots are please help!
 
They're little spots of blood called petechiae, they often show up after a bruise. Don't squeeze them! It'll bruise all over again. The dark stuff that came out is a tiny bit of clotted blood. They will go away on their own, it just takes longer than a regular bruise.
