Ink 2009 Bluray UK Release

Saw this film quite a while ago http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1071804/ but cannot find a uk release date anywhere online. Can only find it in US.

Anyone else know anything about it?
Id buy the US Bluray release but not sure whether it is region free or not.

I've just watched this film and thought it was pretty good.
I read on IMDB none of the studios were interested but thanks to piracy it took off.
