Ok so my chin is been bothering me a lot, and i dont want it to make it worse because it can turn into a stress fracture and that would end my season. So today i decided im not running, but what would be better...to bike or swim???
i already know all the rations and everything but which one would be better as a recovery?? because tomorrow i have a workout so gotta go easy today
