what if my ex girlfriend calls me first or contacts me using a different name on myspace? would I still be in trouble with the law even though I didn't know it was her? and what if she goes to the police and tells them I had contact with her even though I didn't know it was her. someone please give me a ligit answer. this is killing me and I don't know what to do. all I get is restricted calls and I don't want it to be her.
