yesterday, just totally out of the blue, my phone popped up with a little message saying "initial programming needed." i have a us cellular samsung. i have no idea what this means. all i know is that i cant call or text or get calls or texts, all my contacts, pictures, messages, ringtones, and calls are deleted. how can i fix it? and i cant call *288 because it wont let me.
