Info about the Cell Phone Sharp Fx, Does it have conversational view? ?

I just ordered the sharp fx from At&t for my update. & i text alot . So i was wondering if it has conversational view like the iphone, or if it just has individual texts?
Also, do you know if you can wifi on this phone without have a dataplan?
:) if you know anything else cool about this phone, just lemme know(:
