Inflamed pimple

Okay, so this isn't too bad but I still want advice.
What can I do to reduce the size of my inflamed pimple (on my chin) without spending money?

its gone now though but I will keep that in mind for the future
 
I like Aspercreme. It's actually arthritis medicine, at $5 for a tube the size of a regular toothpaste tube, it's a very economical acne treatment. (The aspirin in the cream reduces the swelling of pimples. I can usually see some effect within a few hours or overnight.)
