Hello,
I got a zit on my face that was made up of three huge white heaRAB in the same area. I got this over a month ago and it has not healed. The first week I did not touch it or attempt to pop it. After a week, the zit only got bigger and looked ready to pop. I used a needle and released the puss. I let it go for three more weeks and while the swelling went completely down, there is still a red spot where the zit is. I started using acne cream about a week ago and it did help a little bit but it's been the red spot on my face is still there.
I am wondering if it is infected? And if it is, is there anything I can do to kill the infection? Would a visit to the dermatologist be the best bet?
