A few days ago I fell off my longboard going about 30mph. Most of the damage was taken by my left leg, to the left of my knee. I can't tell if the pain has gotten worse, but I can say it hasn't gotten any better. Here is a picture of the wound I am worried about, and another close to it (from the same accident) that appears to be healthy:
