infected c-section wound help please?

hey guys i had a c-section recently and as soon as i got home from hospital my wound got infected. i got antibiotics from my doctor and it still hasnt cleared up! how can i wash my wound? can i take a bath or something? i havent had a proper wash since leaving the hospital because im terrified it will hurt, also my wound is open a bit. can someone help please!!!!!
also i dont have a shower, just a bath! i dont know what to do!
