I am a 20 year old female and I have a goal to get to 130 by the end of the year and I am at 155 now. (25 lbs a year not too bad?) I need to focus on my abs and my thighs because they are my problem areas. Well it is as cold as f**k now and I cannot stand to go out, so what are some good simple indoor exercises to do until I can garden off the weight this summer?
