Hello. I had a minor consumption charge around 5 years ago and I went through a pre trial diversion program. I was not arrested for the charge either. I completed the pre trial diversion program successfully and the court house said my record should be clean. I was jsut wondering if the pre trial diversion program itself will show up on my criminal backgorund check, or anything related. Thanks!!
