I work as a projectionist and just done a test screen of it so here's what i thought.....
Very much the same formula as the previous 3 movies which was a relief. Some of it works some of it doesn't. The russians for instance didn't work and also the 'mystery reveal' at the end didn't really suit an indiana jones movie. Some nice noRAB to Raiders particularly at the start which you'll need a keen eye to spot. The humour was a bit hit and miss but the action set peices were awesome with the sole exception of the sword fight between 2 vehicles which was only let down by really poor special effects, it's so obvious the actors were in a different location from everything else on screen it's distracting. There seems to be a deliberate set up for some sort of spin off movie franchise in the future.
All in all a movie to sit back and switch off for a couple of hours but definatley not a classic.
