Incredible pain on top of my head! =[

Me too. I have had this pain now for about 4 days. I have experienced this before when ill, but never for this long, and I am not sick now, at least that I can feel. It is not a head ache. It hurts when you just move the hair growing out of that area, as well as when you touch that spot. It also hurts when the scalp moves...like wqhen you raise your eyebrows. No swelling, no discoloration. It feels like it is just below the surface...like someone was pulling out the hair follicle there. I would really like to know what could cause this. I don't think a visit to the doctor would help, just cost me money.

Hmm.. Is the pain towards the front of your head, or the back? I've read a little and some people say that it can sometimes be stress in the muscles that lay over the scalp. Not sure what caused my pain but it has completely disappeared. Try taking some motrin ib if you're not allergic to it. Motrin works pretty damn good for me.
