So i am headed to college next year and i was informed my current provider, t-mobile, is not a viable option for where i am going to be headed next year. I've been doing a decent amount of research on both the iphone 4g as well as the HTC incredible but i am still not sure which is a better option for me. My biggest concerns are the GPS capabilities and unlimited/limited data plans. I will most likely be using the GPS portion of the phone a lot and i was curious on how much data it uses. Seeing how att has a limited data plan this could be a problem for me. Also, can someone give me a brief overview of the default GPS on each phone; will i have to buy an app like TomTom for the iphone, etc.
