Make sure you are transferring to the card rather than internal handheld memory. You may also want to consider getting an inexpensive card reader or an app like Card Export which can allow you to use your T3 like a card reader. These options are quicker than using the Install or Quick Install options supplied by PalmOne to move files to an SD card.
