Hello:
I was curious what everyone's opinion on this was. I have an Associate's degree I earned in late 2005 in Paralegal Studies. I also did two internships during the 2005 year related to that field. I later realized it wasn't the right field for me, so I returned to school to pursue a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering.
My question is: Should I still include my Paralegal education and internships on my resume even though my intentions are to find an opportunity as an Industrial Engineer? I am just not sure whether a past obsolete college major should be put on a resume or not. It seems like irrelevant information, but at the same time doesn't it come off as being dishonest to exclude that information?
Any advice/feedback is greatly appreciated.
I forgot to mention I just recently finished an Industrial Engineering internship, so it is not like I have no work experience related to my current major.
