Okay, so I've been working out and dieting for over a month, but I started to keep track of my measurements exactly a month ago. Apparently, I've lost 3 inches off of my bust, 2 inches off of my waist, 3 inches off of my thighs and 1 off of my hips/butt. I've lost LITERALLY zero inches off of my biceps and my chubby arms are one of the places I feel the most self concious about. Does anybody know how long until i start seeing results there as well or maybe why nothings happening?

I understand WHAT I have to do for my arms, and I'm already doing calisthenics and weight training for them...they're, as I said before, one of the places I feel the most sensitive about and if you read my question, I'm confused as to why I'm losing weight everywhere but my arms. I'm working hard on them already, I was asking if this was normal and why it was happening. You fucking cunt.
