Fairly intriguing, but there's a strong whiff of indulgence about it, the sort a studio grants a director on the back of a huge hit (King Kong, say).

Good to see them giving us something a bit different amiRABt a pretty weak summer line-up, of course, but that budget (around $200m apparently) will probably be giving Warners a few thoughts, regardless of the goodwill surrounding Nolan. Will the masses take to it?
