In Zelda link to the past for gameboy adv. in the dark world thiers this cave

that leads to..........? "temple of the four swords" (which isnt in the zelda link to the past for the original SNES) but its bloked by some fox looking guy that says (after i pay him 20 rupees to tell me a story) that only true heroes can enter the place..what does that mean?how do i enter?
