previous generations? Even speaking to people in their forties (10+ years older than myself), it is apparent that attitudes to marriage are very different now. It seems to me that the norm was for people to marry in their twenties - usually early twenties at that - but now, many people are in their late twenties/early thirties before committing.

What is your experience of marriage, and why do you think people are marrying older than in previous years?
