Black man: a lot of countries have free or universal healthcare
Is it not shocking that the United States, a country that prides itself on equal rights to all and freedom to all, and not to mention being the richest country in the world falls #37?
Fred Head: Why?

I would agree with the first 2 countries because they do have a universal health care system where the residents have to pay taxes for it but no one will have to pay the hospital except for very cheap meds. The movie "Sicko" even showed that some european country possibly France have people from the government to take care of people's babies.
