And now:
Another Jobs Bill:
The Los Angeles Times reports that President Obama and fellow Democrats in particular are in process of assembling a new jobs package that would devote unspecified billions of dollars to projects meant to put people back on payrolls in 2010. The House version of stimulus 3.0 may even be pushed through as quickly as next month or in Jan.

This raises some interesting questions: If the liberals think that a new jobs-creation bill is needed, does that mean that the previous one (the so-called stimulus bill) has failed? Congressional Democrats and the White House both loudly declare the stimulus program a success, and trumpet the number of jobs supposedly saved or created (even though those numbers are suspect at best). In other words, they think it was a success.
But if it was such a success, why all the impetus to do it again? Could this have anything to do with mid-term elections coming up? What do you think?
