In your opinion are men or women better equipped to deal with life?

I don't want to start a war of the sexes. i just want to see opinions and real or perceived pros and cons.
and by equipped i mean the whole package. not just physically equipped.

My opinion, women have the edge (not physically, overall) because they aren't as ready to fight over stupid ego issues. And seem to be more level headed then men in general (mostly, nothing is ever 100%).
Your thoughts?
