One of my favorite Simpsons moments features a man telling Homer, who is standing directly in front of him, that there are complimentary donuts available. As the man points to them, it becomes obvious that Homer's expression is frozen in place. The image of Homer then fades into smoke as the man says "Mister Simpson?" and waves the vapor away.
