Well I know eating healthily and exercising atleast 30 mins a day can help you live longer and help you lose weight. But what other ways has it helped you? For me - I have noticed i havent had a cavity in years where as when i was younger and alot more heavier, i would get 1-2 cavities every 6 months. I have also noticed that i used to have ashy elbows, and now their smooth. Probably because im drinking around a gallon of water a day? I also have noticed that i havent gotten sick in about a year. Usually, i ALWAYS get sick around decemeber-january, but i havent in a while. Im not sure if eating healthy and exercising prevents sickness.
