In what scenarios will a wild pitch not effect a baseball game?

Of course it will count as a ball, but if a wild pitch is thrown while no one is on base then it doesn't effect the game. What other scenarios will not effect the game more than just a regular "Ball".

If the batter doesn't swing at a third strike and a wild pitch is thrown. If he does and misses, he may advance to first if not thrown out.

in any scenario where the runners do not advance.

say it hits the backstop and bounces right back, and the runner returns
